Planner Questions, Answered
How many people can you host?
Groups from 10 to 150 across two buildings and 11 courts. Groups of 25–50 can rent our entire second building for a fully private event; larger groups can buy out the 20,000 sq ft main building. We cap buyouts at 150 so everyone's actually playing, not standing around.
What does an event cost?
A typical 2–3 hour team event runs under $1,000. Larger events with catering and bar service are quoted custom — tell us your headcount and budget and we'll build around it.
What if some of our group doesn't play pickleball?
That's normal — most groups are 90% first-timers. Staff run a quick intro clinic, and the games lounge (golf sims, ping pong, air hockey, foosball) keeps everyone in the fun.
Food and alcohol?
We arrange full-service catering, or you're welcome to bring any caterer you like. Beer, wine, and seltzers are available for purchase on site (TABC licensed).
How far in advance should we book?
2–4 weeks is comfortable for most events. December holiday dates book out earliest — if you're eyeing Q4, reach out now.
